Stewardship is for patients who want ongoing support after completing a Precision Consultation or a 6-Month Pathway.
It combines continued physician guidance with a Daybreak Reset Membership to help you maintain momentum over time.

Stewardship Core — $295/month (3 month minimum)

Prescription refills/renewals and monitoring cadence as appropriate

Secure messaging between visits for quick questions and small adjustments (reply within 2 business days)
Stewardship Plus — $595/month
​​​Includes everything in Core, plus up to 1- 45 minute visit per month with Dr. Gray, ongoing Health and Wellness coaching and Unlimited Daybreak Recovery Spa access.
