​About Stewardship Membership
Stewardship is for patients who want ongoing support after completing a Precision Consultation or a 6 month Rebuild Pathway.
It combines continued physician guidance with a Daybreak Membership to help you maintain momentum over time.
Stewardship Membership is for patients who need active medical management — hormone therapy, GLP-1 medications, weight-loss prescribing, lab review and ordering, and ongoing optimization between visits. This is the medical tier of our membership ladder.

Stewardship is not primary care. It does not provide urgent care, after-hours coverage, diagnostic workup for unrelated conditions, or emergency services. For those needs, please maintain a relationship with a primary care provider. We coordinate with your PCP as needed and our scope is intentionally focused: the metabolic, hormonal, and longevity-related work you came to us for.

Stewardship Core — $295/month (3 month minimum)

Quarterly visit with Dr. Gray (45 minutes)

Prescription refills/renewals and monitoring cadence as appropriate

Secure messaging between visits for quick questions and small adjustments (reply within 2 business days)
Stewardship Plus — $595/month
​​​Includes everything in Core, plus up to 1- 45 minute visit per month with Dr. Gray, ongoing Health and Wellness coaching and Unlimited Daybreak Recovery Spa access.
