Our Integrated Care Team

Collaborative Practitioners. Shared Purpose.

At PeakMD Health,  we believe healing unfolds through collaboration—between disciplines, data, intuition, and human connection. The PeakMD Collective brings together independent practitioners in massage therapy, structural integration, acupuncture, energy medicine, and coaching. Each shares a common purpose: to help our patients restore balance, build resilience, and live in alignment with their North.

Working in concert with PeakMD Health, our Collective represents the living application of precision medicine—science guided by presence, physiology supported by touch, and measurable health reinforced by meaning. Together, we form an ecosystem of care that extends from metabolic optimization to soulful renewal.

Sarah Morton, LMT

Swedish Massage • Nervous System Reset

Sarah, LMT, specializes in parasympathetic-focused massage - bodywork designed to help your nervous system downshift into deep rest. Rather than aggressive, painful techniques, her style is slow, rhythmic and nurturing, using moderate pressure, soothing holds and intentional breath cues. Her work is evidence-based yet deeply human—grounded in biomechanics but guided by intuition. She focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and helping clients recover more quickly from both physical exertion and daily stress.

Her sessions are where technique meets empathy—a place where recovery feels both scientific and sacred.  Her sessions are especially supportive for people who feel "wired and tired," carry chronic stress, or have trouble relaxing even when they are exhausted.    Many guests describe her massages as "the first time I've truly relaxed in months"- a reset for both body and mind.

Lizette LeRoux Wilson

Each session with Lizette is designed to quiet the mind and awaken the body’s natural radiance—combining gentle rhythm, warm steam, and sculpting touch to ease tension and restore flow.

Her work is more than skincare; it’s a sensory ritual where beauty and balance meet—an invitation to slow down, exhale, and come back to yourself.
