Our Integrated Care Team

Collaborative Practitioners. Shared Purpose.

At PeakMD Health,  we believe healing unfolds through collaboration—between disciplines, data, intuition, and human connection. The PeakMD Collective brings together independent practitioners in massage therapy, structural integration, acupuncture, energy medicine, and coaching. Each shares a common purpose: to help our patients restore balance, build resilience, and live in alignment with their North.

Working in concert with PeakMD Health, our Collective represents the living application of precision medicine—science guided by presence, physiology supported by touch, and measurable health reinforced by meaning. Together, we form an ecosystem of care that extends from metabolic optimization to soulful renewal.

Diane Flowers

Diane Flowers, LMT

Massage Therapist • Health Coach • Retreat Curator

Diane blends deep anatomical knowledge with intuitive understanding of the body’s natural rhythms. Her massage therapy is both technical and grounding, integrating lymphatic flow, myofascial release, and nervous-system regulation to promote whole-body restoration.

As PeakMD Health's lead health coach, Diane plays an active role in all our pathways—helping patients translate medical insight into sustainable daily practice. Her approach connects physiology to behavior change, guiding clients toward long-term consistency and self-trust. Beyond the clinic, she curates wellness retreats that weave movement, mindfulness, and nature immersion, reminding participants that healing begins with alignment—within and without.
